Was ist QSAVE Wealth Fund?

QSAVE addresses cryptocurrencies that are not migrated before quantum computers break elliptic curve-based keys (Q-Day). If our BIP proposal is accepted, nodes on chains adopt two-factor authentication and use an on-chain registration or seed derivation through a ZK-STARK proof as the second factor. Shortly before Q-Day, the 2nd factor is turned on, and then you require the 2nd factor to move coins. If you don't have that factor, the coins can be transferred to a lost-property location, or a bonded process will return the coins to the owners upon presentation of evidence. This means old coins such as Satoshi's will likely go into a fund that earns a small return for philanthropic causes. The token pays for registration, recovery, and validated work.
